Server stuck on receiving mission file

Hello,

we ordered DayZ server at vilayer. But when anyone join to server the server stuck on receiving mission file (34KB/43KB), actualy on server is 1.7.6.1 installed. Staff responded the only DayZ 1.7.7 is supported by official Hive now but we would like to run 1.7.6.1. Is it true the Hive is now supporting only servers with DayZ 1.7.7? If not can we somehow solve stuck on receiving mission file? Game server support is very slow, so i looking for any solution.

You need to reset the mission PBO on the control panel, only way to get the server to work. But this will also reset all your scripts you have added on also

run arma 2 and operation arrowhead again. That fixed it for me.

I would recommend you cancel with Vilayer and get your money back, and go with HFBservers.com instead.

If you keep Vilayer, just bug their support staff to give you 1.7.6.1, and to fix your server. That's about all you can do because they do NOT provide any sort of full configuration access, such as access to server pbo's, etc.

Thanks for answer and recommendation. They (HFB) offer 20 slot server for 15USD, if we want official hive, must server have at least 40 slots? So Have i to order 50 slot server to meet requirements for official hive? Thanks

We have the same issue with the mission file after uprading to 1.7.7, still waiting for the Vilayer support... <_<
