Stuck in a city need morphine

Well, im certainly in a pickle. today i found a great fire station in a city whose name eludes me, so i climbed to the tower only to fall out of the floor and break my bones. thankfully i am heavily armed, and have plenty of food, but i can't get anywhere without morphine, could someone maybe help me out with this? ill upload a few screen shots of where i am in a moment. thank you.
