Zombie Pathfinding - an idea from a fellow programmer...

If a zombie cannot see a player (trace line), they will use the regular pathfinding method, otherwise they will run in a straight line to the player. This would prevent the zig-zagging, I believe (which ruins the game significantly for me.)

That won't prevent zig-zagging, it's using the ArmA engine pathfinding, so it's not a solution (at least for the mod).

Its not that simple. The zombies are modified soldiers, and soldiers are programmed to dodge fire. That's why zombies zig zag.
