If I am interpreting it correctly, I don't believe so.

The original change log was just "Remove M107 an AS50(Banned) from all loot..." as opposed to having "*[REMOVED]" in front of it; the "removed" in all caps means that the update of removing the M107 and the AS50 has been removed/turned down. So they will not be removed.
