Recommended Posts

Hello,

my equitment : i5 3750, gtx 670 2gb, 8GB. on a 24" screen

I hope in this forum any1 can help me or give me a tip for my massive lags in Dayz

In buildings i got only 10 FPS (tower, firestation, supermarket or a small house)

In the wildness i play with 15+ FPS.

My friends with poor equipment have much more fps like me.

have you lowered the settings down or are you confused with the settings menu?

if you have a sec just open your nvidia control panel and check you have your GPU selected under 'PhysX configuration'. Also under 3D settings/global settings set to high performance nvidia processor, I somehow set my CPU once and much panic ensued.

put this in your start parameters :

-winxp -cpuCount=4 -exThreads=5 -noPause -maxVRAM=2047 -maxMem=2047

make sure video memory is on default in advanced video options. disable AA and post processing.

if that doesn't get reasonable frames you have something wrong with your pc....however you didn't mention what your hard drive is

if you put everything on low most things will pressure the cpu wich isnt a great thing.
