Newbie looking for group/squad to play with

Hello i am now a few days into the game dayz and its pretty fun. but on different servers i keep getting shot in the back,jumped,sniped etc. i am 17 and looking for a group/ squad to play with. i prefer hero's, but i don't mind bandits.
