Mullraugh 1151 Posted May 20, 2013 (edited) Hi there! I thought maybe you fellas could help me. I've recently just given up trying to get more frames and I've learned to deal with the low amount I have, but I'd seriously like to get better frames so I can record a cinematic I've been thinking of doing. I'm not a computer whiz, so I have no idea if mine is good bad or ugly. Here's the specs; I don't know what to look for so I'm just copying and pasting as many things as I can that look important.OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Home PremiumSystem Model: GA-78LMT-S2RAM: 8.00 GBSystem Type: 64bit Operating SystemProcessor: AMD FX™-4100 Quad-Core Processor 3.60 GHzVideo Card?: NVIDIA GeForce GT 610ArmAII In-Game Settings:I don't know what else I should list...Anyway. I get 2-19 fps everywhere I go. Towns and cities is around 9-17, open fields is 13-19, running through forests is 2-9, and the only good frames I get is when I look at the sky; 15-30fps.oh and before you reply, note that the frames are better in default ArmA when I play domination and the likes. Also, I've tried every trick listed in those helpful fps boost guides like the one on these forums. Never did anything to my frames. If you can help, that'd be appreciated, but If you can't that's fine - I've gotten used to having an average of 12 fps- though I would kill to get at least 25.I'm thinking the main problem is my extremely outdated videocard. I'm going to buy a new one some day - we'll see. Edited May 20, 2013 by mullraugh
JeffDetroit 717 Posted May 20, 2013 (edited) Is your lag as bad as this? Now I know where Rocket got his ideas for DayZ! That forest scene looks just like Chernarus. AND Bigfoot... just like the ghillie suit guys! Edited May 20, 2013 by JeffDetroit
nickpicks56 3 Posted May 20, 2013 (edited) Upgrade your video card, it's really bad.EDIT: Everything else is perfect, except for your video card. Edited May 20, 2013 by nickpicks56
Acix 132 Posted May 20, 2013 Yup I agree, Your Video Card is bottle-necking your FPS... change that sucker out and you should be good to go!

green-K- 101 Posted May 20, 2013 Put your Video Memory setting to Default (Normal only uses 256MB afaik), but the GPU is weak anyways. Set the object detail to low, that may help too.
