We are a very casual group of gamers that play in console and PC based games.

We get together because we like company when we play our games and it's a form of relaxing and unwinding.

We also understand that real life comes first and no one will ever complain that you have to be away for a minute or several days to handle things.

We are seeking mature players that simply want to play,

and also those that want to lead teams but not be concerned with things like running a website, a voice server, etc..

We especially want those who want to be an integral part of the success of the team.

Our focus is not on the game-skills you bring, but more on accountability, teamwork, and communication.

We treat all gamers with respect and expect our members to uphold these same team-based sportsmanship ethics.

Maybe I'm missing something...what's that got to do with being a dad? Is it because your not looking for people with stacks of spare time to dedicate to the group?

Although in many cases true, I have a member who is pushing 50 (with a 15 year old son) who gets on regularly to moderate teamspeak for me.

Also: Wtf is up with this thread?
