rossums 2190 Posted May 16, 2013 There isn't any real 'end game' as such and there should never be an 'end game' in a sandbox survival game, especially one going for authenticity like DayZ - the whole achievement thing is just far too 'gamey' and feels so forced.Achievements are generally just a way for developers to push minimal content with replayability only including 'Do x for achievement'.Running 1mile is not an achievement.Killing 10 people is not an achievement.It will just detract from the game itself as people set up stupid scenarios to cheat for achievements like they do in every other game. (Headshot lobbies and crap on COD, playing with groups of friends who won't fight back, etc. etc.) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
