long time to tab in

So I have this problem when I tab out to look at a PM on steam or something it takes me a LONG time to tab back in. I guess you could say it "freezes" at "Receiving..." It does not happen in regular arma 2 only with dayz. Does not matter what server.

Any fix?

Lower your graphics settings and don't do it in towns; redrawing the screen is a PITA for ArmA on lower end PCs.

Also... hit shift + tab to access Steam messages, not alt + tab!

Would the -noPause startup parameter help with this?
