Start up problem!!

hi i did just install it all and did this

1. Run ArmA II. Wait until you can see the main menu, then quit.

2. Do the same for Arma II: Operation Arrowhead.

3. Download and install the latest version of DayZCommander. If you plan to play mods besides DayZ, Play WithSIX is also worth looking at.

4. Click on "Install/Update" on DayZCommander.

5. Update your ArmA II beta patch to the latest edition.

and when i join a server it only say.

you where kicked off game. ( BattlEye: Global Ban #a82454 )

please help me :( this makes me sad i want to play the game and btw i use steam

Try right clicking on Arma2, then "Run As Administrator"

Then do the same for DayZ Commander.

The Global ban message means your ArmA 2 CD key has been Globally Banned by BattlEye. We cannot help you here, either you have been hacking, or your CD key has been stolen.

Regardless, the DayZ team does not give out Global Bans, BattlEye does, so you'll have to take it up with them:

Like I said, either you hacked, or someone stole your key. How? Your key gets stolen through downloading something which contains a keystealer, or you happened to give it away to a friend, or posted it online somewhere.

Then go to your root directory and right-click the .exe and run as admin. :)

Anyway... Global ban = you were using hax0rz and got blocked from the game. Sucks to be you.

It's not BattlEye's fault, they don't randomly distribute bans.

There is a change that it's a false positive, and if so, if you contact them (like I suggested) they will lift it. But chances are, there's a reason behind the ban.
