help connect 2 servers

So I need a help connect my 2 servers. I have 1 server that I run at home on my PC and the other on a host. What I want to do is connect the hosted server on my home server so people that play on the home server can take their gear with them when they switch to the hosted server. I am using DayZ Control Center both home and on the hosted one. Could someone please help me out?

reconfigure one of your dayzcc control centers to the ip:port of your other mysql but you will need to change the instances so they are not both the same

just get them both looking at the same database.... change the details in one of your hiveext.ini files to look at the hive on the other server
