Quick weapon damage question, priviate hive

breaking point more specifically.

Alright I was playing Day Z last night, well the breaking point mod anyways, but I am pretty sure it may apply to vanilla day z because I have seen this weapon in a vanilla private hive before.

I came across a 6.8 ACR last night and I ended up taking the M4A3 Holo nearby because I wasn't sure of the damage output, and I was taking suppressed shots. Should I have grabbed the ACR instead?

I knew I should have attempted to pick it up off the guy again. I thought I snagged it but it switched to my M4 Holo with out me noticing. If I find another I'll grab it

Well it's a surpressed weapon of a bigger caliber versus a non surpressed smaller caliber
