Does the V3S Spawn in central hive anymore?

I've been looking for one for ages, we used to have one but it disappeared overnight, and it's been quite a while now to where it should have just respawned by now. Is it banned or was it ever even a legit dayz vehicle? Did they remove spawnpoints or?

They still spawn they just have altered spawns, if your looking at the dayzb map stop.

The only places I have found it recently have been around NEAF and near a shed at Pusta.
