There's literally nothing we can do here about global bans, as they are handed out by BattlEye. You can visit http://battleye.com/support.html and try to plead your case with them.

This is a BattlEye ban, ask them.

You can't play again ever, read the sticky and you'll see that battlEye banned you, only they can deal with it.
