Increasing Fps?

i have a GTX 650 TI

4gb ram.

AMD Phenom 9150e Quad core Processor 1.80GHz

i get around 30 fps in the wilderness and around ~15 FPS in Cherno and towns like that. i play on medium Presets and i was wondering if there was anything i could do to increase the frames without changing hardware or would i have to change my hardware?

Also i have some launch parameters that seem to give me a boost especially the winxp one

My parmeters

-nosplash -cpuCount=2 -exThreads=7 -maxMem=2047 -world=empty -skipIntro -noPause -winxp

Turn AA Off, and turn off post proscessing

video memory - default

most other things - high ( setting high will put the load on your gpu and less on your cpu which should increase frames)

But its your cpu that needs upgraded, you want a quad core at 3+ ghz and ideally overclocked to 4ghz +
