Like the title says, I'm looking for a server for me and my buddy to play on. Anyone who has any helpful suggestions it'd be greatly appreciated.

Try PC-Gamers DayZ Origins server. We have probably the best admin crew you could get and we have our own dedicated box for our server (The same box that will normally run up to 15 DayZ servers at once). I can guarantee you will have the most lag-free DayZ experience here than on any other server.

Hello! If your new players we would be happy to help you out, if not we would be just plain happy to have you. We have a dedicated admin team that is focused on providing you the dayz experience the way it was meant to be. There are 175 vehicles on our server with 6 helicopters, so chances are you will be able to get around fairly well, we maintain a watch daily for hackers, and most of the players thusfar are friendly so bandit threat is relatively low...for now :)... If your looking for plain dayz with only minor changes, like full moon nights, and the annoying bugs fixed, come check us out at the Crazy Lounge.

Hey man, Me and my friend have a got a server perfect for you, it has lots of vehicles and loot spawns with lots of Heli Crash Sites. We are very friendly admins and have a non tolerence policy for cheaters or hackers so the server is a great one for beginners we can always give you a helping hand in game and out so dont hesitate to ask me any questions about our server on DayZ Forums :).
