Where to find the button to see humanity

Hi!

My friend found out how to see your humanity by pressing the button insert. I got the button insert as "ins" on my keyboard, but that doesent work. So i want to ask what ít is named under Options < Controls so i can edit it for my own need.

Go to controls.

Scroll down to "special" and select option 20, set to the key of your choice.
