If the other guy is silly enough to come near with no protection, he deserves what he gets IMHO. I have done this many a time when I play as a bandit but only when I need quick supplies.I would agree with you though if it was completely uncalled for and if he hadnt gained anything.But he took his ATV ofc which justifies it for me.
