it happens though that's the day z world and the players mindset on how to survive by any means possible, not saying i agree with it i don't. but that unfortunately is the way it is in this game,

Classic banditry I call it! If the other guy is silly enough to come near with no protection, he deserves what he gets IMHO. I have done this many a time when I play as a bandit but only when I need quick supplies.

I would agree with you though if it was completely uncalled for and if he hadnt gained anything.

But he took his ATV ofc which justifies it for me.
