Definitely a hacker.

Multiple headshots in quick succession as well as multiple body shots, he should have been dead, DMR does 8K blood damage.

Hacks... u hit him more than twice, he dropped like he was at least unconscious and then just ended up prone and was able to fire no problem... I call bullshit
