I have zero blood and keep passing out etc and it will not let me heal. Pretty sure my player glitched as I also got transported to the coast randomly. Make sure you have some hours to the next server restart. put the stuff on the ground, die, run back to the place where you stuff is.

If you really don't want it, I'd gladly take it, but it's best to just find somewhere safe and to kill yourself so you can get it back.
