Please Help , Game runs Terrible

Recommended Posts

Please help , For like months i cannot get the game to run smoothly with atleast fair graphics. No matter what I do , i get terrible frame drops , even freezes sometimes , maouse lag , shooting lag , noise lag , you name it.

No matter what options i change or how much tutorials i watch to increase performance , it just stays the same.Poor performance.

my PC stats are:

Dual Core 2,40Ghz

GeForce Nvidia 1gb HD

Ram 4gb (3gb active , 1gb consumed by graphic card)

Windows 7

All drivers installed

Please help , i paid a fortune for this game...and i can't even play it x_x

Nothing in that info list helps. There are many types do dual core 2.40GHz processors and there are name NVIDIA GeForce cards. Be specific

I'm afraid that you'll need a good Quad Core to play DayZ at a decent frame rate due to it being very CPU resource intensive.

are you running this on a laptop or desktop because if the cpu is sharing memory with the system its an onboard gpu and it ain't worth much when it comes to gaming plus that to a dc cpu the recommend specs do state good quad cores to run on and dayz takes more then that
