Hi,

I need to fix the bug were it says you mis

dayz_anim' requires addon 'CA_Dubbing_Counterattack

therefore i need the addons folder in the original ARMA II folder. but execpt from the battle eye folder its empty. Were can i download the addons folder?

you buy the game and you get it or you can use the arma2 free version from bi note that that option gives you low res textures

then you will have the files that you require just install both games and make sure they are running the correction versions arma 2 needs to be version 1.11 and arma2 oa needs to be 1.62 they need to be at this version before installing the beta patches launch both games to the main menu and look in the bottom corner for the version

where did you get the game from

got the game from steam. I did run Dayz a couple of months ago but it was a mess back then, now trying to play again to see if things are better. But a simple updat of my version did not make my game run again. Fresh instal mabey?

close steam

start steam in admin (right click and run as administrator)

right click on arma2 and properties then local files

click on verify integrity of game cache <-- do it twice

and do the same for arma2 oa

run arma2 to the menu

run arma2 oa to the menu

click in expansions

make sure the following are enabled

arma2

arma2 oa

arma2 baf lite

arma2 pmc lite

if not enable them and restart then exit the game

then run dayz commander and install the beta and then dayz

doing that should "reinstall" the game as it never really installs anyways under steam
