Why do i have low fps showing computer specs.

I get like. 20-25 fps on dayz on normal graphics. Computer specs, processor is AMD FX4100 3.6 ghz quad core , am3 mother board support 8gb of ram , 8 GB DDR3 1333 mhz ram , 500 GB hardrive , EVGA 9800GT Video card. Can some one help me thank you

Get a better graphics card and you should be alright.
