Yes although you're gonna have to either run bootcamp, and run XP/7 on it, or use Crossover to launch the game or do some funky application stuff. I'd recommend just getting windows on it.

Possibly, if it has strong enough hardware. The iMacs tend to use lower-end hardware in them, so you'd probably be running DayZ/ARMA 2 on low settings.

I play on a mid 2011 iMac and I run everything on the highest settings. Anti-Aliasing is turned off and that's about it.

You'll need Bootcamp though mate!
