How to use a code lock?

Found one today said its used to lock doors, anyone used one yet? Seen one? I got killed 45 seconds after I found it

Where/how did you find this? I don't think this is suppose to be in the game at all, and was possibly scripted. Only other thing I can think of is some kind of faction base mod added to that server, in which case you probably got killed by someone on guard duty.

It was in the market on the floor, fresh spawn, it seems strange no one else has found one

Well I suppose it doesn't really matter anyways.

Scenario a, you were playing on a private hive server and they've added locks to the loot table. Not sure if this would even be possible without you having to download additional files though.

Scenario b, it was scripted in to the game by a cheater.
