ANZ10 Reset - All of our items are gone

Hi, not too sure where to put this, please move if required.

at 7:55 ANZ10 had a reset (there had been a few in the last hour). When we logged back in we were back up North near the airfield but all of our gear was gone. We spawned with Makarovs instead of an M14 and a CZ on my friend. All other gear including GPS etc is also gone.

Is this related to the ANZ10 server or is this a HIVE issue?

Can someone help? We don't want to lose our stuff.
