The Scar H STD, is this gun a legit spawn in dayz? someone just killed me with one from 252m, never seen or head of this gun before was just wondering.

Depends on if its a private hive or not lots of additional loot tables out there

I am not sure they added it in to all servers, but I know there a good amount of private hives that have added it in. Are you on a private hive of public hive?

Officially? No. But you were most likely playing on a private hive which can have any weapons they want. It'd be best to ask the admin in side chat, or on their website if they have one.

How?!?! that's a banned weapon, it SHOULD be impossible to get without rmod. Was it an rmod server or have there been a new wave of hacks/scripts that can modify the .config file?

That was my thoughts exactly except someone posted the other day about uh-60's in game, probably new scripts.
