Greetings fellow admins,

Is there a limit or best practice regarding the number of entries in your Bans.txt file. I would think at some point, BattlEye is going to struggle getting through the list.

Your thoughts are appreciated as always.

Well, when i ran servers my ban list was HUGE!!!!! Like to the extreme and it didnt have any affect at all on performance.

If theres a limit as to what BE can handle its extremly high and you properly dont have to worry about it :)

Thanks for the reply Byrgesen. I won't worry about it then.

There was an issue with an earlier version of Battleye which limited the banlist to max.3000 bans (from what I was told), but as far as I know this has been fixed about 2 months ago. We haven't had any issues afterwards...

There was an issue before, but now have 4,918 bans with no problems.
