Probably just didn't install fully. If you got the game on steam, you can just verify local game cache, otherwise just reinstall. Also re-install dayz, make sure your Arma II beta is up to date, and select both steam options in commander, assuming you bought it through steam.

install the arma2 1.11 patch and the arma 2 oa 1.62 patch and make sure the paths are overridden dayzcommander settings
