Idi_Amin 0 Posted April 3, 2013 Hi all,Brand new to the game, i've watched plenty of gameplay on youtube so I pretty much understand what i need to do in game. The problem i have is actually playing the game. I've had very limited success in connecting to servers. At the most all I can ever find is maybe one or two that will allow me to play. Most of the time I get the message "bad version. server rejected connection" sometimes i cant find any servers that will let me on at all. When I select multiplayer i get dozens of servers that show up but within a minute or so they all disappear or have red crosses beside them... really don't know what the problem is but i'm adamant to get it working! morgue2903 1 Posted April 4, 2013 Idi_Admin, Hey, I don't want this to look like advertising our clan, but if you need help and a few pieces of hardware to get you started, check out our server at MIAClan. We can help you learn the maps and understand how to get around. Just search MIAClan in the DayZ Commander tab. We will walk you through getting the basics down... This is a hard game and I wish someone would have helped me out. I almost gave up on it... Finally found a few guys that were willing to give me a hand instead of shoot me on site...
