"Receiving Data" Full Bar or Very Slow Bug #CANT PLAY#

Ok, I have windows XP SP3, AMD Quad Core 3GHz, GT 430 (Ran the game fine last week?)

Now it's stopping or going very slow once full in the "Receiving Data" loading bar after loading screen and stuff. Please help!

It works the first time I load in once I restart PC though.

Ok, the game works ONCE when I load in with DayZ Commander after I restart my PC. Otherwise, it loads all the way, until Receiving Data is full, then it doesn't do anything after that. YES, I have verified cache and shit in steam Blabla. I HAVE googled this, nothing anyone says helps... It's all from 2010-2011

go to C:\Users\YOUR USER HERE\AppData\Local and delete the arma2oa folder
