Good Evening everyone! I'm currently completely new to arma 2 and day z... im still struggling to get day z installed... I'm not to keen on playing solo in survival games so im here to find some fellow players! If any clans or small groups are currently taking newbies under their wings for the greater good or the dasterly devilish acts im more then happy to take any experience you can give!

THE 21ST RANGERS BATTALION IS AN EXPERIENCED AND WELL TRAINED CLAN, WE SPECIALISE IN KILLING BANDITS AND ENSURING THE SAFETY OF SURVIVORS. THE BATTALION IS A MILITARY ORIENTATED CLAN AND AS SUCH WE REGULARLY PRACTICE IN MILITARY TACTICS AND DRILLS. WE HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN ANTI SNIPING OPERATIONS, CONVOYS, MEDICAL AID AND SEARCH AND DESTROY OPERATIONS ON THE CHENARUS MAP. FROM THIS OUR SERVER HAS CONTINUED TO GROW AS MORE AND MORE SURVIVORS WANT TO JOIN BECAUSE WE CAN OFFER PROTECTION AND AID TO THOSE THAT NEED IT.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

-DEDICATED MEMBERS

-A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND PUT IN (WE CARE NOT FOR MATURITY, AGE, ETHNICITY, BELIEFS AS LONG AS YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK IN A TEAM AND TAKE A GOOD APPROACH TO LEARNING

-MUST HAVE TEAM SPEAK AND A GOOD MICROPHONE (ALL OF OUR OPERATIONS ARE DONE THROUGH TEAM SPEAK AND YOUR MIC HAS TO BE IN GOOD ORDER)

-PARTICIPATE IN OPERATIONS

-RESPECT IN YOUR BATTALION MEMBERS, YOUR TEAM AND THE RANK ABOVE YOU

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

1. APPLICATION SENT VIA WEBSITE

2. WITHIN 48 HRS YOU WILL BE REPLIED TO BY A SENIOR MEMBER OF THE BATTALION

3. AN INTITAL INTERVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED LASTING UP TO 10 MINUTES

4. IF YOU MAKE IT THROUGH THE INTERVIEW YOU WILL THEN BE GIVEN YOUR RECRUIT TAGS AND ASSIGNED TO A SQUAD

5. YOU WILL THEN BE PANNELLED FOR A BASIC COURSE TEACHING IN WHERE WE WIL TEACH YOU TACTICS AND WEAPON HANDLING.

6. AFTER COMPLETING THE BASIC COURSE YOU WILL THEN BE GIVEN YOUR PRIVATE TAGS AND OFFICALLY WELCOMED INTO THE BATTALION
