Starting a group

Hello there, i'm looking to create a group of people to play DayZ with between the ages of 13-16. The groups play style will mainly be bandit but feel free to apply whatever. I would like the group to be quite relaxed but there are of course some rules and requirements which are listed below.

1. No overly offensive behavior to other members of the group.

2. Good connection to servers in England/Europe

3. Speak good English

4. Have fun and don't take the game too seriously

im skilled with piloting and sniping and very tactically smart, im also a leader type im not one to sit around and do nothing but i can follow orders but expect frequent suggestions.and i like to joke around (as u can tell from above) but not in the way that a team mate could die
