Server Admin - How to check for HACKERS

Well I just bought a server @ Dayz.st and I am not entirely sure what I should look at, and where.

I recently geared these guys up but all of a sudden in my live map, he has a vehicle & it's fully working it kind of sketches me out and suspicious has risen on him.

If anybody can help me out on how I should keep my server under control, please PM or post here.

there are many ways, check your creatvehicle log, best way to defend is to stop them getting into the server tho.

i like this method.
