Server game not starting?

I've just rented a server from survivalservers.com. Now I got a problem... My servers mission isnt starting, on dayz commander it says "Not playing - This server has either just restarted or it is not in state that allows you to play". I have installed the newest arma and dayz patches and its running on the newest version.

Did you get an email from them saying the server is active ? I've used SS in the past and you get the server info straight away but until they do the setup you can't play.

Do you have an email from them titled " Welcome to Survival Servers. Your server is now active! "

try joining the server the mission file doesnt get loaded till someone joins.. if you get stuck at loading your instance id hasn't been allocated into the hive yet

Ok, now got the email and I can play on the server. Now i got new problem, when players join the server they get kicked. Over 10 players have tried to join and 9 of them got kicked instantly.

It goes like this:

PLAYER is connecting

PLAYER uses modified data file

PLAYER is connected

PLAYER is disconnected

What should I do?

you need to know what the kick reason is if you check the logs the arma2oa.rpt and the serverlog it should tell you why

your log is only showing one person connecting Hauxhall but it gives no obvious reason why he disconnected if you get the server log it may say in there. i would recommended trying to update again as your getting errors in your server files (server_montier.sqf) there should be a server_console.log somewhere as well

That hauxhall is player who could play a moment, those who tries to connect does not shot on the log...

So what should I do next? Reinstall updates or something?

most are batteye errors ie not responding and invalid guids try re installing the server.

go to the control panel uninstall the mods/maps run the updates and reinstall the mods/maps i havent seen the ss panel so i cant tell you step by step

Ive reinstalled arma version 102591 and chernarus version 1.7.6.1 on mod manager. How can I update BE version? On updates it shows newest BE version is 8/9/2012.
