New injury for the game?

Hi I'm Reece a recent player to your mod DayZ. Overall my experience on this game has been overwhelming to this point however I do you belive you can involve one implication to the game which would make it even BETTER. My idea is this; Breaking your leg is very realistic and breaking your arm will add to that my idea is that you can break your arm and in doing so your virtual player will not have the ability to hold a primary gun (2 handed wepon) and will drop it making your player only have the ability to use your pistol or secondary, plus using this with a broken arm you will only be able to shoot from the hip as aiming requires two hands. If this does get implimented into the game the cure for it will be morphine I'm guessing? I hope you take my idea in board and if you do think it is a good idea please email me saying so. I also heard rib cages and such could be broken as well. Having a broken leg would make you limp. I'm not sure about 2 broken legs, probably forced to crawl with your arms?

I like it. But i hope the hit-boxes are improved in standalone. I have my legs break when a bullet grazes my leg...

Lungs hemmoragy would be an interesting one. A chance from bunt weapons due to a cracked ribcage, from firearms obviously, but also from puncturing weapons.

Doesn't kill you imediately, but you would basically drown/choke.
