toggle the quick action bar (immersion breaker)

Responding to the PAX videos, Rocket showcases the quick action bar, then later on talks about removing the blood/health/etc visual indicators because the UI detracts from immersion. I agree, but the quick action bar (at least as shown) is, to me, far more immersion breaking than the current UI. Please give us the option to toggle the action bar. The hotkeys would still work of course, just no big ugly icons (i know they'll get prettier) at the bottom of the screen please.

All of the UI you see is temporary so the programmers have some visual feedback while designing it, the icons are unlikely to stay.
