HUD Icons Overlap One Another

Almost all of my HUD icons overlap. I think it has to do with the resolution but I'm unsure. I just got the game today. I tried to turn off the motion blur but I think I messed up and for 3D Resolution I chose the wrong resolution which changed the HUD.

I couldn't upload the file because it was too big, but here's a screenshot.

Adjust both to 100%

Screen resolution = native.

3D resolution = same as.

You should have a (perfect) circle that fits into the square.
