Sent ban appeal to BE. What next?

Sent BE a rather detailed e-mail describing my entire experience with DayZ dating back to my steam purchase of ARMA II: CO and months of attempted performance fixs til earlier today I finally get my first couple hours of smooth gameplay followed by global ban. Due to my lack of experience with the game(s) overall including the anti-cheat I'm unsure if any of the information I sent have anything to do with reason behind ban. All my reading has been done within the past few hours.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Can supply more details if necessary.
