Ok, i am from russian forum, but they ccan't give me answer, in all:

When i start:

I use the lst update on video-card, and i am use steam by administrator.

run steam as administrator

validate the files for arma2

valitade the files for arma2oa

run both games to the main menu

install the beta patch

install dayz and it should be ok

Now i need to delete DayZ Mod, than i do:

validate the files for arma2

valitade the files for arma2oa

run both games to the main menu

install the beta patch

install dayz and it should be ok

And install DayZ Mod again?

No, i never use OA, for playing one, only dayz.

Steam > Game > right mouse click > properties > local files > verify integrity of game cache
