I just have a question regarding pistols...

So is it possible to wear 2 pistols in your backbag...?

(I want to take a Makorov and a Revolver with me)

That is, if you mean store in your backpack.

A Coyote/Czech can hold up to four.

I know you can carry 2 pistols by having one in your backpack and one as your handgun, keeping the mags in the main inventory. And I'm pretty sure you can carry 2 pistols in a backpack, since they only take 5 slots.

Depends on the capacity of your backpack, but yes, you can.

You can have multiple pistols in your backpack, yes.

But you can only have one equipped at a time - just like all weapons.

Main weapons take up 10 slots whereas sidearms take up 5 slots.
