Faster FPS on DayZ

Hey fellow dayz'ers!

My computer is pretty decent - decent enough to play a game such as DayZ on good settings - yet i have to play on 'very low' settings and my FPS never peaks over 30.

Does anyone know of any ways to fasten the FPS so i can play on maybe a better quality setting with a faster FPS?

Ive seen some very dodgy sites around and heard that some want you to download dogdy things that are keyloggers, viruses etc...

What are your specs?

There are plenty of options you can tweak in the config file.

It all depends on what your specs are and what your settings are at. When you post those I will see what I can think of. :)

There's alot of solutions (Gamebooster, ramdisk, editing .cfg files) but after about 5 months of playing, I think the only real way to get better performance is to get a better computer, at the moment.

Standalone will be awesome in terms of CPU optimization + performance :D
