Arma 2 Free low textures. Help

Is there a way to import the HD textures of arma 2 into arma 2 free? My friend bought only operation arrowhead without knowing about the low textures restriction (he is using arma 2 free + OA).

I have arma 2 CO. Would it work if I gave him my folder textures?

Think thats akin to piracy. Just buy the full version of arma 2.

Considering the survival skins are from PMC DLC and the Camo/Ghillie are from the BAF DLC.

Back before the forum rollback there was a thread called "How to play DayZ for $20" which gave instructions for using the Arma 2 Demo (Not Arma2Free) with OA for full res textures.
