New to DayZ, how do i find private hive servers?

Hi there I just recently bought DayZ. How do I find / enter private hive servers? I'd prefer them to have 3rd person enabled, is that what most of them are? (Sorry complete noob!)

Can anyone help please?

Well if your using DayZ commander then its the servers that have the Cloud with and X in it those are private hives

They look like this:

You can also just search private hives on here im sure there is plenty
