Stuck Underneath A Building

I spawned underneath a building in Novy, I am playing on US 2255 which is hive so i am stuck under a building in every official server, Zeds cannot hit me, I cannot stand up or crouch, And i spawned here so i have no frag grenades. Somebody please direct me in what to do.

The infamous Novy Sobor spawn. :lol:

You should be able to get out by rolling around, vaulting, and generally making your character spazz in all directions.

yEAH LAST TIME A COMBO OF MASHING EVERY KEY AT ONCE RELEASED FROM THE DEMON SPAWN.

unfortunately it did nothing for my caps lock skillz.

get a buddy to kill a zombie near you, if your lucky, you can throw a tincan from his body
