The recommendation is to migrate to private hives, with standalone approaching the mod ticket system is being worked on less and less. Some servers may be approved but not often. TG ! Jimmy 216 Posted March 7, 2013 If your ticket is with a Game Server Provider (GSP) you won't be able to find much info here. Depending on who your host is, it could take a while to get a response to your ticket--as many hosts don't have as active support channels...If possible, you might consider cancelling and finding a new host? Ask around to see which hosts seem to be performing well. I use HFB, and while they are not very quick to respond usually--they are willing to help as much as they can. Swordsworn 52 Posted March 7, 2013 (edited) is this a joke?I mean srsly guys youre burning our money here.I have to know the IP before i can request a Instance ID.To know my IP i have to rent the Server, so im paying money, at least 10 bugs up to 50 bugs just for waiting on the instance ID?I dont see why this cant be handled automatically, if you dont approve servers anymore, just say it and we dont have to splash our money...I know there are a shitload of requests but without any informations for the serveradmins its just frustrating to pay and pay and pay for a server to not lose the ip and making the missionfile worthless and getting nothing but more frustration.my 2 cents...
