Big Papa K 6 Posted March 4, 2013 Hello all :)I am new to this forum, so sorry if it is in the wrong place. My server is hosted by DayZ.St and is set to 24/7 Daylight. However, DayZ commander is still showing the time according to the time zone in the name. My friend has a server from the same hoster (DayZ.St) and does NOT have this problem. Any suggestions?NOTE: His server GMT time changes throughout the day.
SmashT 10907 Posted March 4, 2013 DayZ servers don't provide this information directly, but server admins often place the current UTC offset in the server name.DayZ Commander converts this to a more readible time and allows you to filter and sort on it. This also means, if the server name displays the wrong offset, the time will not be accurate in Commander.http://www.dayzcommander.com/faq
Big Papa K 6 Posted March 5, 2013 Well my concern isnt that. I know what I have the GMT set to in the name. However, why does my friends' change? And alays stays yellow (day) in the time slot on DAYZ COMMANDER.I am just curious as to why it does not do the same on mine. He does NOT change it every few hours, I know that for sure. So any ideas on how to fix?I am concerned that players will not find it if they filter for Daytime only
