How to activate the debug monitor?

It used to be on screen all the time, I'd like to know if I can activate it somehow or if its been nerfed.

go to your options and then controls, head to custom controls.

Then scroll down to "Use Action 20"

set a key for it, i use scroll lock.

accept and apply and what not, click what ever key you binded. :)

^ Thats how to do it client side anyway, not server side xD

Take in mind that some private hives have it disabled and enabled too, that can play a factor in this.

Option #20 was introduced with 1.7.6 DayZ build.

It was set by default to "scroll lock" with 1.7.5, I believe.

If server is running 1.7.6 or later you need to set as described above.

ok guys i set it to "~`" button and it popped but now it won't close :huh:

EDIT: oh, nevermind it vanishes after minute or two
